Medal Monday!

This little lot had a blast yesterday at Rushmoor Wellesley 10K!!

Some of the group here only completed our Couch to 5K Course a couple of months ago and now are taking part in 10K events!!

Brilliant running everyone and well done to Blackwater Valley Runners for another amazing event!
