Wow, what an event yesterday! Congratulations to all of our members that took part in the Great South Run...

The hard work certainly paid off with some incredible results, lots of new PBs and a fantastic time had by all!

Lucy not only came in 312th out of over 20,000 runners but also took 7 minutes off her PB!!

Thank you to Destination RUN Coaching for their excellent coaching in the lead-up to the event.
