Medal Monday

This weekend we saw a number of runners taking part in the Wellesley 10K. This is a really nice flat trail run around Wellesley Woodland and Basingstoke Canal towpath.

Well done to all those that took place, especially to Chris, Jack, Kim, Krissy, Jenny and Rachel who all achieved a personal best at this distance.

It was fantastic to see four of our 'Couch to 5k' runners taking part and entering into local races. Really impressive progress.

Well done team FTRC.
