Sunday Social

Really enjoyable run this morning at Ceasars Camp with our club members and whilst cold we even saw the bright yellow thing in the sky for a while.

Sunday morning runs are social and steady trail runs and next week we plan to go over to Frensham Ponds. All of course follow English Athletics Covid rules.

The bright luminous colours are not compulsory by the way.
