Club Night 30th October

Our first Wednesday night after the clocks changed meant we started in the dark, this week we had the theme of Halloween where we had 8 different pace groups plus a Trick or Trot route with hidden surprises.

60 members met at the Shepherd and Flock pub, and from here, our pace groups  took to different surroundings from our normal weekly routes, the Trick or Trotters headed down into Moor Park to stumble across volunteers hiding in bushes (Apologies to the public who we jumped out on, but they found it funny.)

After the runs we returned to the Shepherd and Flock where 45 members tucked into jacket potatoes with various fillings with others staying to have a drink, with some sampling the GhostShip Ale.

A nice evening was had  by all and thanks to the hospitality from one of the club's main sponsors Shepherd And Flock.
