Medal Monday 4th November

The first weekend of November was another noteworthy one for our FTRC runners. Owen ran a rapid Hayling Island 10 Miles yesterday and has the cardboard medal to prove it!? Nice work Owen :-) Sophie ran the Thorney Island trail run Half Marathon with a true sense of being by the seaside with sand and pebbles to contend with along the way. Laura also celebrated her 200th Park Run congratulations Laura! Stuart was a little further afield representing FTRC in the big apple at the NYC Marathon. Not only did Stu have a fantastic run he also blasted through his charity target for The Circle of Care. Providing emotional and financial support to the families and children with cancer. Congratulations Stuart! Keep on running and keep the medals rolling in!
