As we grow, we now have moved to 8 different pace groups and this gives runners of all speeds a chance to enjoy some social group running.

A balmy evening at club last night with 7 groups heading off into the darkness of the night for runs of all distances, paces and elevation!

Following the sad news last week of the passing of our queen we held a minutes silence before our run last night.

What a fantastic weekend of running events for the club with many runners out at various locations around the South East.
