What is it?
It is defined as persistent and unwanted attention which happens two or more times causing the victim to feel pestered, alarmed or stressed.
Stalking may include:
⚪️ Regularly following someone
⚪️ Repeatedly turning up uninvited
⚪️ Checking someone internet usage
⚪️ Watching or spying on someone
⚪️ Interfering with property
How to keep yourself safe
💡Check your social media privacy settings, make sure only your friends can see your posts
💡Change your passwords, don’t have the same one for multiple things
💡Don’t answer the phone with your address or phone number
💡Make sure your friends or family know where you are/where you are going
If the behaviour you are experiencing is
Fixated, Obsessive, Unwanted, Repeated
Please report it to the Police as soon as possible.
