A new week, a new opportunity!

This week we are taking a look and RED January.

This is a challenge which requires you to Run Every Day in January, whether that’s a mile or 10 miles it encourages people within the community to be active and improve their mental health, kicking off the year in a positive way. Although as with all the initiatives we’ve looked out. It could turn into your RED February!

What’s Involved?

🏃🏻 Set a realistic movement goal for the month

🏃🏻 Run, swim, cycle or another activity every day

🏃🏻 Choose a distance that’s realistic for you

🏃🏻 Share your experiences with others

Why do it?

🏃🏻‍♀️ It can help boost your mood and improve your mental health

🏃🏻‍♀️ Helps you to focus on the process of being active, rather than just the goal

🏃🏻‍♀️ Helps build social groups with other runners or those in the fitness community
