Last night FTRC held its first coaching session with Brian and Andy from Destination RUN Coaching

Hills, thrills and post run drinks!! Another great club night with runs from 3 miles to 8 miles, four trial members and plenty of smiles!

Congratulations to all our fantastic runners who competed in their first 2022 event yesterday, the Farnborough Half Marathon.

Well done to our club members that ventured out at the weekend to take part in a variety of events. Some great performances at Thorney Island 15K and Gosport Half Marathon with some PB finishes for some!

Last night we held our first official AGM since launching the club. An early run followed by a fantastic attendance of members, election of officers and a drink and food!

Wow what a weekend for club members that headed to Henley to take part in Endure24 - a tough team event of 24 hours of running.
